aboutus

Breathe-Burn is founded on the principles of homeostasis: the body's search for balance. Staying close to that balance point will help our bodies respond and adapt better to the positive changes we want it to make. This leads to faster improvements in strength, mobility, and longevity.

The concepts of Breathe & Burn are relative opposites but interdependent. Doing too much of one will lead to the deterioration of the other's attributes and leads to problems in our health and fitness.

BREATHE - Stands for all the recovery methods available to us that help us operate in our parasympathetic nervous system on a daily basis. This is the body's rest, recover, rebuild system - when our progress is literally built.

BURN - Stands for the higher intensity effort that signals the body how we want it to improve. This sets the schematics of the building process.

WHATPEOPLESAY

Erin S.

I've always been envious and genuinely confused by people who enjoy exercising. I just didn't "get it." Why would anyone want to use their free time to go for a run or strength train? Yes it's good for the body, but come on... it's hard, uncomfortable, and makes you smelly.

I didn't see it happening, but over the next year, I transformed into a person who genuinely enjoys exercising. I became stronger, leaner, and more flexible. My lower back pain disappeared. I went from struggling to do a push-up to hammering out 25 in a row. Exercises that felt beyond my reach 9 months ago are now part of my routine.
